Pastor Brandon, together with his wife Alisha, have been a part of New City Church since the initial Launch Team. They have two daughters (Halle and Maddy), a son-in-law (Steven), and a grandson (James) who all call New City Church their home. Brandon serves with a focus on engagement, communications, liturgy, and pastoral/Shepherding Care. He is the Secretary of the organization, the Clerk of the Session, and is a part of the teaching team.

Pastor Duane, together with his wife Jessica, came to New City at the Beginning of 2022. They have three children: Miles, Iris, and Silas. Duane serves by curating our times of worship and providing for the care and development of worship leaders. He oversees the residency program at New City Church and is a part of the liturgy team.

Kelly, together with her husband Kenny, have been a part of New City Church since the initial Launch Team. They have three children: Emma, Ben, and Everett. Kelly serves as the director of New City Kids and provides for the care and development of a team of children's ministry volunteers. Kelly is also providing leadership for the Shepherding Care Team alongside Pastor Brandon. 

Anne, together with her husband Rob, have been a part of New City Church since we were still a portable church meeting in a middle school gym. They have two children: Rylan and Reese. Anne serves providing organization and leadership to New City Kids.
